New Student Registration
New Kindergarten students who will turn 5 on or before September 30th and all new students to Prince William County will need to register online. Once you complete the online registration process, someone will contact you to finalize the registration. Please feel free to share this information with any friend or family member that lives within the Loch Lomond boundaries and may have a Kindergartner starting for the 2023-24 school year. If you have any questions about registration or are unable to complete an online registration, please contact the school at 703-368-4128
Documents Needed For Kindergarten Registration
- Birth Certificate (at the time of registration appointment you must show the original)
- Proof of residence/address:
- One must be a copy of your lease if you rent or title/deed to your home if you own.
- 2 additional forms or proof of address can be any of the following: Driver's license showing current address, car registration showing current address, Bank statement (most recent), utility bills (most recent)
- 5 year physical and current shot record for your child
Documents needed to Register all other new students to Prince William County
- Birth Certificate (at the time of registration appointment you must show the original)

- Physical and shot records (most of the time we will request it from the previous school, but if you have them on hand it makes the registration process quicker)

****Note: If you have a child enrolled in Prince William County Public schools already and have a ParentVUE Account setup you do not need to go to the online registration site to register a new student. Simply log in to ParentVUE and click on the tab that says "online registration" this will start a new registration for your new student.

Una vez que complete la matricula en línea,le llamamos para revisar la documentación y finalizar la matricula. Si saben de algún familiar o vecino que viva en los límites de Loch Lomond y que cumpla 5 años antes o en septiembre 30 para el año escolar 2023-24 favor de compartir esta información con ellos. **** Nota: Si ya tiene un hijo inscrito en las escuelas del condado de Prince William y tiene una cuenta ParentVue configurada, no necesita ir al sitio de registro en línea para registrar un nuevo estudiante. Simplemente inicie sesión en parentvue y haga clic en la opción que dice "registro en línea" o "online registration". Esto iniciará un nuevo registro para su nuevo estudiante.
