Welcome to the Loch Lomond Physical Education webpage. Here you will be able to see all the exciting things your children are doing in PE class as well as different ways to stay healthy at home. We believe health and wellness is the most important aspect to life and necessary to leading a long life no matter what you choose to do. Not only will your children learn the fundamentals of sports and fitness but they will also get the chance to challenge themselves to do things they have never done or thought they could do. They will learn how to work with others and how to persevere when things get tough. We look forward to working with your children to help them be their best selves! Please check out our useful links section for ways you can encourage physical fitness and wellness at home.

About Us:
Joshua Cardinale has been teaching physical education for 19 years. He has taught in Prince William County for 12 of those years (all at Loch Lomond), with his previous 7 years being in New Jersey. Along with teaching he was a wrestling coach at the HS level for 10 years before giving it up to watch and travel with his own boys, which he has 3. Two are in HS in Prince William County and one is currently at Old Dominion University. He holds 3 degrees, 2 Bachelors and 1 Masters. Mr. C enjoys being active and motivating your children to do the same.

Laura Stewart has been teaching physical education for 19 years. She has taught in Prince William County for 14 of those years with the other 5 being in Fairfax County. She has two elementary aged boys of her own. Laura has been a resident of PWC her entire life and attended Sudley ES, Stonewall MS and Stonewall HS. This is her first year at Loch Lomond and she is super excited to be here and work with your kids! Follow her PE page on Twitter @LStewartPE. You may also contact her at Stewarlx@pwcs.edu.
